This was a fun and unique project on a
floating home in beautiful Sausalito—offering a refreshing change of pace from typical residential remodels.
We completed a full
kitchen gut remodel, removing all existing finishes and fixtures down to the framing. The renovation included
new electrical wiring, updated
cabinets and countertops, and a more functional layout to suit the homeowners' lifestyle on the water.
Working within the structural and logistical considerations of a floating home added an extra layer of complexity—but also made the project all the more rewarding.
The remodel was completed in approximately
12 weeks, resulting in a clean, efficient, and modernized kitchen space with a one-of-a-kind view.
