This project involved converting a previously unpermitted garage conversion into a fully compliant and functional Junior ADU, complete with a new bathroom and dedicated laundry area.

We began by gutting the existing space down to the slab, addressing moisture issues with a proper moisture barrier and floor insulation. We installed French doors for natural light and access, and built out a new laundry nook to improve livability. The bathroom was completely remodeled with modern fixtures and finishes.

As part of site improvements, we also constructed a retaining wall to create a level parking pad for Tim’s RV.



The project was completed in approximately 15 weeks, delivering a clean, efficient space that adds long-term value and flexibility to the property.
