This remodel came to me through a longtime friend and architect,
Vol Carter, who brought both the clients and the design vision to the table.
Vol led the architectural design, permitting documentation, and construction administration. He stayed closely involved throughout the build, overseeing progress and helping resolve design questions as they came up—making for a smooth and collaborative process.
The remodel focused on improving function and flow: we
relocated the master bathroom into an adjacent small bedroom, and
converted the original bathroom into a spacious walk-in closet. The result was a more efficient and comfortable layout tailored to Patricia and Phillip’s needs.
Patricia and Phillip were a pleasure to work with—always responsive and engaged, which helped keep the project on track.
The entire remodel was completed in
