This project was a full
gut remodel of an outdated bathroom, redesigned for improved flow, comfort, and efficiency.
We started by removing the interior wall that had separated the bathtub/toilet from the vanity, opening up the space and creating a much larger, more unified feel. We also
relocated the entry door to better maximize usable space inside the bathroom.
All
plumbing was replaced, and we added two new
dedicated electrical circuits—one for a GFCI outlet at the vanity, and another for a
heated bidet. While we encountered a few structural surprises behind the walls, each issue was resolved without major delays.
We installed a
large 32” bathtub and a
new window to bring in natural light and ventilation.
Brad and Alicia were a pleasure to work with—clear in their vision and highly responsive. I provided the necessary drawings to obtain the building permit, while they handled the interior design.
We were able to complete this project in about 7 weeks.
